Just joined and digital Card was not recognised from app and I had to pay out of pocket. Also they didn't bother to send me a physical card either. Terrible onboarding experience should have never switched in the first place

Unable to log in. Keep getting an error message saying "Uh oh, something went wrong" Unable to log in on web either. Messaged help centre and they're unsure what's causing it. It worked, until it didn't. There's clearly massive issues here, and this needs to be fixed urgently! UPDATE: Tech guys were able to assist after emailing and access has been returned. Thanks 👍🏼
