Users praise the app for good, affordable electric cars and generally smooth operations once logged in. However, many face significant issues with driver's license verification, app login loops, and poor customer service that doesn't offer help or even speaks English. The app's user interface and features lack clarity and ease of use, with missing instructions for charging and booking frustrations. Charging logistics are inconvenient due to absent charging stations at key locations, causing extended rental times and unexpected costs. Overall, technical and support shortcomings hinder the otherwise promising carsharing service.

Pros

Good and spacious cars, such as roomy Skoda Eniaq.
Affordable and cheap electric car rental pricing.
Easy and straightforward verification process when it works.
Cars are nice to drive and have a good price point.
The app opens map, shows cars, and generally lets you operate them without trouble.

Cons

Frequent problems with driver's license verification, often failing without clear reason.
Log in issues, especially redirect loops through LogWien and back to Google Play Store.
Poor or non-responsive customer service, including language barriers and unhelpful responses.
Charging the electric cars is problematic due to lack of clear instructions and missing charging stations at return locations.
App UX and functionality are underdeveloped: difficulties booking specific cars, lack of filters and calendar views, app crashes, and UI bugs.

Recent reviews

I have used the app in vienna and one day, I opened the app and it said contact customer center. I could nit book anything. I contacted them and they said they simply could not help me. I still tried to get a solution, because I like the cars I can share in vienna and therefore I called them. And their reply was: we don't speak English, this is a German speaking company (in german) and they hang up on me. The customer service is the worst I have seen in any company. It is just sad.
