RA-Brandschutz

RA-Brandschutz is the digital platform for fire protection management from RA FSM & Engineering GmbH in Kitzbühel, Germany. Customers and authorized personnel can use it to monitor all safety-relevant processes at their locations in real time – from the fire alarm system to the next inspection.

REAL-TIME ALARM MONITORING
As soon as a fire alarm is triggered, the alarm appears immediately and clearly in the app. Authorized users acknowledge the alarm directly on their smartphones and add a note about the incident. The complete alarm history for the last 12 months can be viewed at any time.

TRANSFER TRACKING
Employees and authorized personnel can document their journey to the incident location – from "en route" to "arrived." Authorized customers can see in real time who is on the road.

FIRE PROTECTION PLANS & DOCUMENTS
Current fire protection plans and important documents are available digitally for each location, clearly organized in folders – accessible at any time, without paper files.

CHECKLISTS & INSPECTION REPORTS
Check off inspection templates directly in the app, attach photos to individual items, save them, and submit them with a single click. A professional PDF with company branding can be generated upon request.

KEEPING AN EYE ON INSPECTION INTERVALS
Recurring inspections (e.g., fire extinguishers, equipment) are managed for each location. A color-coded overview immediately shows what is overdue, due soon, or completed – optionally, a push notification reminds you 30 days before the due date.

MAINTENANCE AND REVIEW NOTIFICATIONS
Announced maintenance work is automatically reported to affected locations via push notification, ensuring no one is caught off guard.

ANNUAL REPORT
At the end of the year, the app provides a concise review of the location's alarm statistics compared to the previous year.

TEAM & EMERGENCY SERVICES
The RA Fire Protection Team is listed with photos, responsibilities, and direct contact information. The 24/7 emergency number is just a click away in case of an emergency, and current opening hours are displayed live.

Report improvements or malfunctions directly from the app with a photo – including a personal response from our team via push notification.

CUSTOMIZED NOTIFICATIONS
Set quiet hours during which no push notifications will be received, or hide or mute individual locations – these settings can be changed at any time.

SECURE AND ROLE-BASED
Each user only sees the locations and functions they have been authorized to access. Access rights such as acknowledgement, search, or route tracking are assigned individually.
