Ever since I got the popup message saying there's an update available, the only thing I can do is click ok which will then lead me to the play store and there's no option to update the app there. I thought maybe I can reinstall the app, but now it's the same only in German and I'm in Bosnia. I can only assume the points I collected are now all gone. Unusable!

2022-08-12	Am*****	I am deeply disappointed in this app. It worked perfectly until it asked me to make update today and then it just stayed in a loop and asks to update the app again and again even though it is already up to date. I can not use any of its functionalities. I even tried to reinstall the app and it didn't help!

Ever since I switched my language settings to English the language has been a mix of German and English which is a bit strange but didn't bother me. Today I noticed that when I played games to earn points nothing happened. So I decided to uninstall the app and download it again. I'm staying in Austria at the moment but live in Germany and my card is also from Germany. So I have to select between different countries but Germany isn't in there I can't login

2022-05-29	Ma*****	The creators of the app are probably aware of the fact that people today have and use different pins and passwords for various stuff and tend to forget them. In your app, there is a field you can click to "change your pin", but when you do, and then press "forgot my password", nothing happens. No information about an incoming email, no guidance of any sort. It made me press the same button again two more times, with no information what to do next, and then my account was blocked. Work on it!

2022-01-19	Ne*****	The idea is good but the execution is terrible. Downloaded it and it was terrible. It had problems with registration so I just given up. If it has so much problems with registration imagine how many problems you'd have in store while checking out.

2021-07-12	M *****	It freezes and crashes and it's not localised properly, half of the app is in German. Half-baked just like the DM webpage with that terrible UX. I mean I love DM as such but they should probably find a bit more competent web and app developers.

2021-06-01	Es*****	Probably it would be a good app, if I could understand what it says... Not possible to change the language preference, not even to English. Half of it is as per my location (Hungarian), the other half is in German. Many people will not use it as they do not speak German. This hibrid solution is quite odd.

2021-05-01	Ju*****	I am Croatian but prefer to use English as my phone language. Since language in the app is set based on the phone language and can't be overridden manually, and since English isn't supported in the app, my app is now in German. This makes no sense at all and is just very poor user experience.

2021-03-23	Ju*****	Unbearable. You create a shopping list or mark products as favorites,then the list disappears even though the products are still marked.. The item locator feature is practically a joke and it is soon slow and not user friendly that you cannot use it.

Saying this (when translated): "Thank you for your request. We would be happy to process your request for you as requested. So that you can use the app in your preferred language, please change the system language, preferred language sequence and region to the appropriate language or region in the settings of your iPhone."
