JR Field Service Management

JR Field Service Management supports authorized field service employees in processing and documenting assigned tickets.

The app displays relevant ticket and service information and allows users to capture processing data, photos, signatures, notes, and completion information in a structured manner. Captured data is synchronized with the corresponding backend and is available to authorized users in the dashboard for further processing and documentation.

The app is intended for company use. User accounts are not created publicly but are provided by authorized administrators or companies.
