Deutschlandticket-OM-Bus

Once you've ordered your Germany Ticket with OM-Bus, you can view it in the app.

Here's how it works:

- Order your Germany Ticket on the OM-Bus online portal at https://www.OM-Bus.de/deutschlandticket/
- Download the Germany Ticket OM-Bus app

- You will receive your login details by email

- Log in to the app with your login details from the online portal

- Your Germany Ticket will now be automatically displayed in the app

Good to know:

Can I open the app offline?

Yes, the code is also available when there is no Wi-Fi or mobile network.

Does my Germany Ticket renew automatically?

Yes. Unless the contract is canceled, the Germany Ticket will automatically renew for another month. The code in the app will be updated automatically.

How does ticket inspection work on the bus?

When boarding the bus, show the driver your QR code in the app or hold it up to the QR code reader on the ticket printer in OM-Bus buses. Please also carry photo ID, as the D-Ticket is non-transferable and only valid in conjunction with ID.

Can I show a screenshot of my QR code?

No. The QR code must be opened via the app. For security reasons, taking a screenshot in the app is not possible.

What should I do if I lose my smartphone?

The travel pass is linked to your customer account. If you lose your smartphone, you can reinstall the app on any other or new smartphone. After logging in with your credentials, you can use the code again.

What applies to children?

Children under six years of age travel free on public transport and do not need a ticket. Children over six years of age need their own Germany Ticket.

How can I cancel my Germany Ticket?
Cancel your ticket in writing by emailing info@om-bus.de. This must be done by the 10th of the month, with effect from the end of the respective month (see terms and conditions).
