Your filters from the list apply on the map just the same. And every listing has a map of its own under “Location & surroundings”.

FORECLOSURE AUCTIONS
If you like, Heimatplatz shows you current auctions from the official Austrian edict database – simply enable them in the filter. With appraised value, minimum bid, auction date, the registered encumbrances and court information, you have all the details at a glance. Right in the list you can see how many days are left until the auction.

PRIVATE OR AGENT
Decide for yourself: filter specifically for private listings or offers from agents and property managers. Heimatplatz transparently shows you who is behind every listing.
