2024-11-06	Le*****	Tried to get access key card replaced through this app as agent told me to and it's taking weeks for them to process my request. Everytime I need to communicate with them, they kept telling me to email their support email and that takes them ages to reply as well. Terrible service.

2024-05-07	X.*****	terrible apps!!! I don't know why the management die die want to use this useless apps. not user friendly. lots of function gone. and now I'm unable to book anything. can't even give feedback to the management. I don't mind changing if it's for the better. but not for the worse!

A lot of time saved by not having to go to mgmt office to fill out forms -- just do all via the app! Also shout out to Crystal for always responding and updating notices in the app promptly, and David for keeping the estate in good order.
