PhoneGuard is an application designed to protect your mobile device and personal information in case of theft or loss. The application allows you to react quickly to incidents, notifying your trusted contacts and sharing the device's location in real time.

PhoneGuard SafelifeApp emerged as a solution to help address the growing problem of cell phone theft in Latin America. By protecting your device, you also protect access to sensitive information such as digital wallets, banking applications, messages, and personal data.

Configurable Alert Distance

Disclosure Regarding the Use of the AccessibilityService API

PhoneGuard uses the AccessibilityService API exclusively to provide the protection of sensitive apps feature.

This service detects when an attempt is made to open a protected app and displays an additional security screen that requests a PIN before granting access.

The goal is to prevent third parties from accessing personal information or critical apps in case of theft or unauthorized use of the device.

Privacy and Transparency

PhoneGuard respects user privacy and uses the accessibility service only for the functionality described.

The application:

Does not collect passwords or sensitive information from other applications.

Does not monitor personal content such as messages, text entered, or private data.

Does not modify system settings without user consent.

Does not interfere with Android system privacy controls.

Does not prevent the user from uninstalling the application.

The use of the accessibility service is limited exclusively to providing additional protection for sensitive applications.
