The Rakayez app for employees consolidates all daily work tasks in one place, displaying information tailored to each employee's role and responsibilities within the company. The app allows for task and request tracking, and provides a detailed overview of assigned projects, including progress percentages, budgets, phases, timelines, and site photos. It also enables the creation of approval requests directly from within the project.

Employees can create internal requests, track their status, and manage modification history. The app simplifies approval and rejection decisions, providing clear explanations for each. For the accounting department, it offers integrated tools for invoice management, allowing for manual creation or creation from Excel and PDF files. It also features automatic VAT calculation, payment recording, search and filtering, and tracking of overdue invoices.

Furthermore, the app supports purchase order management, shipping and receipt tracking, and linking these to invoices. It also manages warehouse operations, such as disbursement requests and item movement tracking. Finally, it allows for customer inquiries to be addressed through project-specific chats, with instant notifications for new orders, approvals, and important messages.

The app provides account security features such as password changes, two-factor authentication, and active session management. It also fully supports Arabic and offers a night mode.

The app is exclusively for Rakayez Company employees. Accounts are created by company management, and permissions are assigned according to each user's job role.
