work hours Record

Work hours are calculated and displayed based on the start time, end time, and break duration.
Work hours are displayed using both line and bar charts.

・Recording clock-in time
1. Tap the "start" button.
　　　If you long-press the button, steps 2 and 3 are skipped,
　　　and the current date and time are set.
2. Select the date and tap "Next"
3. Enter the clock-in time and tap "OK"

・Recording end time
1. Tap the "End time" button in the end column of the table.
　　　If you long-press the button, steps 2 and 3 are skipped,
　　　and the current date and time are set.
2. Select the date and tap "Next"
3. Enter the clock-out time and tap "OK"



▼ Sort Order
Tap the arrow (↑) on the right side of the table to change the sort order.

▼ Memo
Tap "Note" in the menu on the right side of the table to add a note.

▼ Work Hours
The work hours shown in the table are automatically calculated based on the start time, end time, and break duration.

▼Setting Start Time
Configure the time settings for the start time.

▼Setting End Time
Configure the time settings for the end time.

▼Setting Break Time
Configure the settings for the break time.


▼Creating a PDF File
You can generate a PDF file based on the currently displayed screen.
By specifying the month and year, you can create a PDF containing details such as start and end times, work duration, break times, and remarks.
To print the file, please send it to a cloud storage service or a similar location accessible by a printing application before printing.


▼Creating a CSV File
Create a CSV file by specifying the user and the month/year.
The generated CSV file includes start and end times, work duration, break time, and remarks.
To print the file, please send it to a cloud storage service or app that supports printing before printing.

▼ Add Name
You can record entries separately by adding names.
Enter the name and group name (leaving the group name blank is also acceptable).
To edit, tap the entry in the list under "Edit Name" to open the editing screen.
You can switch between names by tapping the switch button under "Switch Name."



▼ charts
Tapping a chart opens the selection screen.
You can select and view the following screens:

・Monthly chart
・Work hours chart
・Work hours rhythm chart
・Annual totals, averages, and charts
・Full-Preiod chart

▼ Dark Theme
Turning on the dark theme switches the display to a color scheme based on black.
Turning it off reverts the display to the standard white-based color scheme.

▼ To delete all records
You can delete all records by selecting "Erase all data" from the menu in the top-right corner.
