TRAINBY your Coach

TRAIN BY your Coach helps you get more out of your training time together.

TRAINBY helps coaches easily organize individual and independent training tasks and keep track of their team's progress.

This gives you more time during team training for important training content that isn't primarily focused on conditioning and athleticism.

You can transfer essential fundamentals of your sport to the TRAINBY app in a structured and sustainable way.

Whether it's athletic training, running sessions, post-competition cool-downs, strength training, stretching, or individual supplementary exercises after injuries, with TRAINBY you can create tasks, assign them to your team, and transparently track their completion.

For coaches:

- Create and manage individual training tasks

- Organize tasks for the team

- Track progress and completed sessions

- Clearly evaluate training activities

- Manage players and teams

No lists. Instead, you see which task was due, who completed it, who didn't, and how the team's results compared.

``` For players:
- View training tasks directly in the app
- Complete activities independently
- Record runs via GPS
- Track your own progress
- Share successes and progress with the team
No more screenshots from different running apps via WhatsApp. Everything is clear and simple. If something gets forgotten, there are automatic reminders and push notifications.
TRAINBY combines team training with individual off-field training.
Structured, transparent, and easy to use in one app.
