Total Clean Service

Total Clean Service is the application developed to support Total Clean technicians throughout the execution of field services.

With it, the professional can consult their schedule, view visit data, record travel, and track each stage of the service in an organized and secure way.

During the visit, the application guides the technician from arrival at the site to the completion of the service, allowing them to:

• Consult the service schedule;

• View customer and contracted service information;

• Register arrival at the site;

• Answer initial and final evaluation questions;

• Photograph the environment before and after the service;

• Track the start time and execution time;

• Consult official cleaning and waterproofing procedures;

• Record the customer's signature;

• Inform payment methods and photograph receipts;

• Finalize the visit with all necessary information recorded.

The app also supports vehicle checklists, helping to keep track of equipment and conditions necessary for the job.

Total Clean Service centralizes service information and facilitates the recording of activities performed, providing greater organization, standardization, and transparency in each visit.

This app is intended exclusively for Total Clean authorized technicians and professionals. A valid account provided by the company is required to access its features.
