Tilia Companion

Tilia is the management platform for bike-rental businesses — the system behind the rental desk, the fleet, the orders and the deliveries at manage.tilia.app.
This companion app puts Tilia in your hands on the shop floor and out on the road. It's built for rental staff and drivers who need to move fast: scan a bike, hand it to a customer, take it back, and keep the day moving — with or without a signal.
What you can do:
• Scan bikes in seconds — point the camera at a bike's QR code, or use a rugged Zebra hardware scanner on busy days.
• Hand out rentals — pull up a booking, assign bikes and send customers on their way.
• Take bikes back in — scan a returning bike and the app finds its booking automatically, then checks it in one at a time or in a batch.
• Swap and exchange — replace a bike on an existing order without starting over.
• Manage orders — see the day's orders at a glance and settle outstanding payments on the spot.
• Lend and borrow between locations — hand out and take in units on loan from another branch.
• Drive routes — delivery drivers see distance and ETA to the next stop and are marked as arrived automatically on the way.
• Work offline — keep scanning and serving customers when the connection drops; everything syncs once you're back online.
• Unlock fast and securely with Face ID or fingerprint.
