The NYC Plug does not sell, deliver, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis or any other product. There is no ordering, cart, checkout, or delivery.

WHY LICENSED MATTERS
New York legalized adult-use cannabis under the 2021 MRTA, and only retailers licensed by the OCM may legally sell it (see OCM Laws and Regulations, linked above). Licensed dispensaries are tested, regulated, and accountable. Every dispensary listing in The NYC Plug comes from the OCM Dispensary Location Verification data linked above, and each listing links back to that OCM tool so you can confirm any shop yourself.

The NYC Plug is intended only for adults 21 and older, and the app is age-gated. It is an informational directory. It does not represent any government entity.
