THE PRACTICE
Each word has three steps:
— Read: A short essay exploring the word and what it asks of you.
— Reflect: Write your own thoughts. Your reflections are encrypted — no one reads them, including us.
— Carry: A challenge to take the word off the screen and into real life.

The journey moves through four phases — Source, Kindle, Burn, and Illuminate. Each phase builds on the last. There is no rush. One word a week is a year of practice.

NO DARK PATTERNS

Your reflections are encrypted with AES-256 before they are stored. They are yours alone.
