Finovia — Multi-platform SaaS platform (web, iOS, Android) for managing business expenses and invoices, with

OCR of receipts and organization by companies/projects.

1. Authentication and Accounts
Registration and login via JWT, email verification, password recovery/reset, user profile management.

Supports multi-tenant: each user belongs to an organization, with dedicated onboarding (initial setup of the organization) and an invitation system to add team members.

2. Organization and Team Management
Each organization has its own settings (currency, integrations, AI configuration). Supports multiple members with distinct roles, email invitations, and an administration panel (super admin) that allows managing organizations,
impersonating users (with 1-hour JWT and audit), and monitoring the platform as a whole.

3. Expense Structure
Expenses are organized by Companies and Projects, with customizable Categories for classification.

Each expense supports full CRUD: value, date, description, category, associated company/project, and attachments.

4. Receipt Upload + OCR
Upload receipt files (image/PDF) associated with each expense. An OCR service automatically extracts
data from the receipt (value, date, merchant) to populate the expense, reducing manual data entry.

5. Artificial Intelligence
Organization-configurable AI gateway (allows you to choose/manage provider and AI settings) used in
receipt processing and other automations. AI consumption is controlled by a credit system: debit per
transaction, refund in case of failure, manual adjustment by the admin, automatic monthly allocation, and email alerts
when the balance approaches the limit.

6. Currency Exchange/Currency
Currency conversion service for organizations that operate with expenses in multiple currencies, allowing for the consolidation of reports into a common value.

7. Reports
Generation of expense reports (by period, category, project, or company) and scheduling of recurring reports (automatic periodic sending, for example, monthly, via email).

8. Storage
File storage configuration (local uploads and SMB/network support), allowing organizations to choose where receipts are saved.

9. Mobile Application (Expo/React Native)
Android/iOS version with automatic update checker (update checker + update modal), mobile-optimized receipt capture/upload flow, and authentication synchronized with the backend.

10. Compliance and Privacy
Privacy Policy page and account deletion flow (Delete Account), aligned with app store requirements (Google Play) and data protection. Communication is always encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). 11. Health and Observability

ENDPOINT GET /api/health (without authentication) that reports service status, database verification, and Redis —

used for external monitoring.
