Coordina is a multi-tenant SaaS platform built for organizations that need to manage events, departments,
volunteers, and member communications from a single place. Whether you run a church, community center, non-profit,
club, or any group that coordinates people, Coordina replaces scattered spreadsheets and group chats with one
streamlined system.

Event Management
Create, publish, and manage events with full lifecycle control (draft, published, cancelled). Set dates, times,
venues, and link events to specific departments. Save time with reusable event templates that pre-fill recurring
event details. Toggle events as public to generate shareable pages where anyone — even visitors without an account
— can view details and RSVP. Coordina is fully timezone-aware, so events always display correctly regardless of
where your members are.

Volunteer Coordination
Define volunteer functions for each event (e.g., Sound Tech, Greeter, Worship Leader) with optional seat limits and
department restrictions. Instead of chasing people down, let members sign themselves up for the roles they want.
Track who's assigned, see when functions are full, and adjust capacity on the fly. Every assignment and change is
recorded in a complete audit trail.

Departments & Membership
Organize your people into departments with dedicated leaders. Members request to join departments, and leaders
approve or reject — giving you controlled, transparent growth. Department leaders can manage their own teams,
approve requests, and step down when needed, all without needing full admin access.

Notifications & Communication
Keep everyone informed through three channels: in-app notifications (real-time), email, and push notifications on
mobile. Members control their own notification preferences per type. Location Admins can broadcast messages to all
members or target specific departments. Automatic reminders notify members before events (1 week, 1 day, 1 hour).
Birthday notifications send weekly digests to admins and congratulations to members on their day.

Attendance Tracking
Members confirm attendance with headcount. Public events accept anonymous RSVPs with name and optional contact
info. Admins see full attendee lists and totals for every event.

Multi-Location Support
One user can belong to multiple organizations, each with different roles and permissions. A location switcher lets
users move between their organizations seamlessly. Each location operates as an independent tenant with its own
settings, timezone, departments, and events — no data leaks between organizations.

Roles & Permissions
Four clear roles — Visitor, Member, Department Leader, and Location Admin — each with well-defined capabilities. A
Global Admin level provides platform-wide oversight, including user impersonation for support (with full audit
logging and a non-dismissable banner).

Mobile Ready
Coordina ships as an Android app (APK and Google Play) built with Capacitor, rendering the live web app in a native
shell with push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging. iOS support is scaffolded and pending release.

Multi-Language
The interface supports English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French out of the box, with a complete i18n system.

Built for Real Use
Coordina is a production-grade platform with JWT authentication, email verification, password reset flows, rate
limiting, a health endpoint, Swagger API documentation, execution logging, and a full audit trail. It's deployed
with Docker, backed by PostgreSQL and Redis, and monitored in production.
