tankste! is a fuel price app that helps you find the cheapest gas stations near you using a clear traffic-light system. Green = cheap, Orange = slightly more expensive, Red = expensive. It also offers filters for fuel types (E5, E10, and diesel). Best of all, it’s free, ad-free, and requires no registration; location use is optional to protect your privacy.

Open Source & Privacy: The project is open source with code on GitHub and welcomes contributions via pull requests or issues. It currently covers Germany, Denmark, and Iceland, with plans to expand. Data sources are listed at https://tankste.app/datenquellen/.

Super dass das gelungene Design von Bertha weitergeführt wird und sie App einen genau so schnellen Überblick über die aktuellen Preise bietet. Was ich spontan noch vermisse ist die Information, wann der Preis einer Tankstelle zuletzt geändert wurde, um sicher zu sein, dass es sich um einen aktuellen Preis handelt.
