The app distorts photos during the verification process, causing them to appear fisheye or stretched. This makes it nearly impossible to take a proper selfie, and after multiple attempts, the images still get rejected. On top of that, the feedback for verification takes an unreasonable amount of time—sometimes up to a week. For a financial app where verification is essential, this delay and difficulty make the process unnecessarily tedious and discouraging.
