Symphosign

Symphosign is a mobile application that allows you to affix electronic signatures of legal value on any computer document and from any mobile device.

Unlike the other applications, Symphosign has an electronic document management engine with attached workflow, which allows you to manage any business process and any document process automatically and fully digital.
Furthermore, any signed document is also kept in accordance with AGID and therefore a digital retention process is applied in accordance with the law, in order to guarantee its enforceability to third parties and legal validity over time.
Symphosign is part of the application category of Digital Transaction Management and is based on the platform of Savino Solution Srl, DM7.
DM7 is a high performance Content Service Platform oriented to the digitization of documents and processes (and therefore of records), with basic and advanced documentary functions.
Modular and extendable, it is the document and process basis for all Savino Solution systems and customized applications for customers.
Designed and implemented as a set of REST services, to be totally open to external systems, the DM7 also introduces the concept of document and process environment, i.e. the physical separation of data between the various companies and users present in the system for a precise digitalisation of any business process.
