Divyaang Survey App

The Divyaang Survey App is designed to efficiently collect comprehensive personal and disability-related information of children. After logging in, Anganwadi Workers (AWW) input data about disabled children using the app. The system supports a three-tier intervention model that operates smoothly across different administrative levels.

At the district level, District Project Officers (DPO) can add Child Development Project Officers (CDPOs) for all projects. CDPOs then manage AWW centers by issuing login credentials to frontline workers who conduct the surveys. Each level features a dashboard providing compiled and customized segregated reports, enabling efficient monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
