SportEvo

SportEvo is an application for managing a sports club. It was created for clubs where notebooks, Excel spreadsheets and Viber groups are no longer enough to keep track of everything.

What you get
The club owner creates groups by age and selection, enrolls players and calls coaches with a code from the application. The coach sees his groups, sends invitations for trainings and matches and marks his presence on the spot. The parent registers the child with the code received from the club, follows the schedule, confirms arrival in advance and sees which payments are in arrears.

Specifically, the app does the following:

Keeps player records with photo, contact and basic sports data
Coaches and parents are invited via code, without public registration
The training schedule has arrival confirmations and attendance statistics
Records monthly membership fee payments (only records, not billing)
Saves medical findings and certificates in PDF format
Sends push notifications when the appointment changes or training is canceled
Consent and Data
The application is compliant with the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act. The parent gives explicit consent to the processing of the child's data, especially for health data. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

What SportEvo is not
The application does not process payments. It only records whether the member has paid. The payment itself goes to the method that the club already uses: cash, money order or transfer.
