SoftHabit: Habit Tracker

SoftHabit is a daily habit tracker with home-screen widgets, partial progress and no streak guilt. Mark a habit from the widget, watch the year fill in, and keep everything on your phone — no account, no subscription.

Build a reading habit, drink more water, make time for movement or meditation, or put something down for good. Track the habits that matter to you at your own pace.

MARK IT FROM THE HOME SCREEN
Six habit tracker widgets: a square Today tile, plus day, week, month, year and combined views. Tap a cell on the widget and the day is written down — the app does not even open. The launcher icon fills as today's habits get done, so your progress is visible without unlocking anything.

PROGRESS, INCLUDING PARTIAL PROGRESS
A day is more than a checkbox. Each habit fills from 0% to 100%: tap the card to add a quarter, hold it to pour. If you did half, record half.

A MISSED DAY BREAKS NOTHING
Missed days stay in your history without resetting anything. No broken chains, no counter that goes back to zero and takes the month with it — just an honest record of the days you completed, partly completed, or skipped. If streak pressure has never worked for you, this is the point.

DAY, WEEK, MONTH AND YEAR
Review your habits in day, week, month and year views. The year view keeps all 365 days in one compact grid, with quarters clearly separated: the fuller a day looks, the more you did. Add past days, including days before you created the habit, so the record starts where your practice did.

REMINDERS THAT PICK THEIR OWN HOUR
Every habit has a reminder. Leave the time on Smart and the app chooses the hour from when you usually mark that habit, moving it as your rhythm moves. Or set an hour yourself. Reminders due at the same time arrive as one notification, not three.

QUIT HABITS TOO
Track habits you are giving up alongside the ones you are building. A quit habit asks you in the evening how the day went and keeps the run of days you held on.

A FOCUS TIMER FOR HABITS THAT TAKE TIME
Choose a length and a habit, put the phone down; the minutes go into the habit when the circle ends. It counts from a fixed moment, so it keeps running with the screen off.

FLEXIBLE GOALS
• Daily completion, an amount per day, minutes per day, or a finish line of N days
• Repeat on the weekdays you choose
• Habits stay in your own order — completing one never rearranges the list
• Pause a habit when life gets in the way; reminders go quiet and your run is kept

TWO SCENES, SIX ACCENTS
A blue-black night scene or a warm paper day scene, with six accent colours. Give each habit its own icon and colour. The scene you choose stays chosen, independent of the system theme.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
No account, no sign-up, no analytics. Habits and history are stored locally. Android's own backup carries them to a new phone when you switch.

SOFTHABIT PRO
The free app includes two habits, the Day widget — mark today's habits from the home screen — the night scene and every reminder. One one-time purchase unlocks unlimited habits, the other five widgets, both scenes and all six accents. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
