SIGNAL adalah aplikasi resmi Samsat Digital Nasional yang memudahkan masyarakat Indonesia melakukan pengesahan STNK tahunan, pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB), dan Sumbangan Wajib Dana Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas Jalan (SWDKLLJ) secara online. Dikelola di bawah naungan POLRI, Kementerian Dalam Negeri RI, dan PT Jasa Raharja, aplikasi ini menyediakan layanan one-stop untuk proses digital pengesahan dokumen resmi seperti E-Pengesahan, E-TBPKP, dan E-KD.

Dengan SIGNAL, pengguna dapat mendaftarkan kendaraan pribadi tanpa perlu datang ke kantor Samsat dan menikmati proses cepat yang biasanya hanya memakan waktu beberapa menit. Saat ini, layanan ini mendukung pembayaran di 27 provinsi di Indonesia dengan metode pembayaran melalui Bank Himbara dan Bank Pembangunan Daerah.
