Shikum.app is a comprehensive digital platform built specifically for IDF soldiers, victims of hostilities, and reservists – people who dedicated themselves to the security of the country and discover a complex and exhausting bureaucratic maze upon their return home.
The platform brings together in one place all the information, tools, and support required to fully utilize the rights that every soldier is entitled to: from financial and pension benefits, through medical and mental health care, to assistance with employment, housing, and studies.
At the heart of the platform are dedicated AI assistants – each named after a hero who fell on October 7 – who are able to analyze each user’s personal situation and accurately guide them to the rights that are relevant to them. In addition, the platform offers eligibility calculators, application wizards, a database of lawyers and expert therapists, a dedicated job board, a document library, and a supportive community forum.
Built by those who have lived this path from the inside – from Who fought in Gaza and Lebanon and knew firsthand the gap between sacrifice and the aid that actually arrives. From a deeply personal place, the platform is designed to ensure that no fighter is forced to fight alone even after his release.
