Les Segments

Ready to turn your Strava runs into a real championship? 🏆

Welcome to The Segments, the official running & trail championship app with divisions! Whether you're a casual runner or a speed-hungry athlete, compete against other runners in your city through a unique and ultra-competitive league system.

THE CONCEPT Your city is a League. Within that league, join a division that matches your level. Your mission? Achieve the best possible time on the official Strava segment for the current round.

⏱️ AN INTENSE 12-WEEK SEASON Each season lasts 12 weeks and is divided into 4 rounds of 3 weeks each.

- 3 weeks to give it your all on a specific segment.

- Improve your time as many times as you want before the end of the round.

- Score as many points as possible based on your ranking in each round.

🚀 PROMOTIONS AND RELEGATIONS: THE CLASH OF DIVISIONS! At the end of each season, the tension is palpable:

- Top 5 in your division: Congratulations, you're promoted to the next division!

- Bottom 5 in your division: Watch out, it's relegation to the division below. Every second counts to secure your place or clinch promotion!

👥 TEAM RANKINGS Because sports are even better together, proudly represent your club, your company, or your group of friends. Accumulate points collectively and propel your team to the top of the city's overall rankings.

🎁 PRIZES TO BE WON Thanks to our valued local and national partners, numerous prizes and rewards await division champions, the best teams, and even lucky participants drawn at random!
