PERMISSIONS
- Camera: required to read a QR code or barcode through the viewfinder.
- Contacts, read and write: only for saving a scanned contact card, which opens in your phone's own Contacts app to confirm.
- Wi-Fi state and change Wi-Fi state: only when you join a network from a scanned code.
- Internet and network state: used for ads, the consent form, anonymous usage analytics and crash reports.
- No photo or storage permission is requested. Scanning from a picture uses the Android system photo picker, so only the image you pick is read.
