Roomtrail: Move-in Inspection

Roomtrail makes a move-in inspection report of your rental home, room by room, in about 15 minutes. Photos with date and time, an arrow or circle on every scratch, meter readings, keys and both signatures on the screen. Then a clear PDF that you send to your landlord and to yourself the same day. At move-out you walk through the same list again and see the start and the end side by side.

- Series mode: the camera opens again after every photo
- Add photos you already took from the gallery; the report says they came from the gallery
- Draw an arrow, circle, rectangle or text on the photo
- Every photo is numbered in the report, with date and time

METERS, KEYS AND SIGNATURES
Electricity, gas, water, heat or mileage and fuel for a car, each with a photo of the meter. Count every key and card. Tenant, landlord, agent or witness sign with a finger on the screen. Someone does not want to sign? That is recorded too, with the reason.

A PDF YOU CAN SEND RIGHT AWAY
Cover page with the summary, a table per room with colours for the condition, numbered photos, and the signatures. A4 or Letter. Small enough for email, or sharp for printing. The report can be in another language than the app, and with the full version in two languages at once. Every finished report gets a code that changes as soon as anything changes, so both parties can see that they have the same version.

MOVE-OUT: THE SAME REPORT AGAIN
The move-out report starts with the same rooms and items. While you walk through it, you see what was written at move-in. The comparison report puts start and end side by side, marks what got worse, and shows the photos next to each other.
