Recua

Recua is the app for drivers in transport companies. It carries the electronic consignment note (e-CMR) and all the trip paperwork on your mobile phone, without printing anything.

The driver's account is created by their company from the administration panel. The app is accessed with a driver code and PIN; no email or registration is required.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- View the day's assigned shipments, including origin, destination, goods, and customer.

- Sign the e-CMR on screen: shipper, driver, and recipient.

- Attach photos of loading, delivery, and any incidents.

- Register bookings and notes (Article 8 of the CMR Convention).

- Generate and view the e-CMR document in PDF format, even without network coverage.

- Navigation with truck routes that take into account vehicle dimensions.

- Record trip expenses by photographing the receipt.

DESIGNED FOR THE DRIVER'S CAB

- Large buttons and a clear interface for easy one-handed use.

- Works offline: signatures and photos are uploaded when the network connection is restored.

- Text in Spanish and screen reader support.

GPS LOCATION

While you have an active shipment, the app sends your location to the office approximately every minute so your company knows where the goods are and can assist customers. Tracking stops when the shipment is complete. Before the first entry, you will see a notice explaining what data is stored and for how long, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Article 20.3 of the Workers' Statute. Tracking data is kept for 90 days.

LEGAL

Recua is aligned with the CMR Convention, Regulation (EU) 2020/1056 on electronic transport information, and Spanish regulations for the sector (ROTT). The generated e-CMR document serves as proof of transport.

PRIVACY AND DELETION

You can delete your account from the app itself (My Account) or at recua.app/delete-account. Your PIN, phone number, and contact information are deleted; your name remains associated with the shipping documents you signed for the legally required retention period.
