Out of province for my insurance coverage and I still have to pay full price as medical reception can't get thru.

Has worked well in the past but lately the android app crashes every time I try to submit. I fill everything out, upload the receipt and upon hitting submit claim, an error message stating "session expired, please log in again" pops up. I have updated the apps and restarted my phone and the problem persists. Until this is fixed the app is unusable.
