Project Zen: One Match

Project Zen is a slow dating app built around a single weekly match.

Every Sunday at 8 PM Eastern, the app proposes one person for you. You both have a week to talk. At the end of the week, if you both want to keep going, the conversation continues. If not, you go back into the pool for the next Sunday.

One match at a time. No second pick while you have one. No queue, no waiting list, no anxiety about who you might be missing.

Built for people who are tired of infinite swiping with no meaningful results.

What is in the app:

- One proposed match per week, on the cycle. You opt in or pass within 24 hours.
- A one-on-one conversation that lives only while the match is active. Closed conversations are archived; the chat moves to read-only.
- A "continue together" vote at the end of each week. Both people have to choose Continue for the connection to persist into the next cycle.
- A three-photo profile, a short bio, and the basics: city, age, who you are open to meeting.
- A weekly cycle that resets at the same time everywhere so everyone is on the same clock.

What is not in the app:

- No swiping deck. No infinite scroll. No "stack" of profiles.
- No second match while you have one in flight. The app refuses to give you a backup.
- No premium "see who liked you" tier. No paid skip line. No boost. No pay-to-play. No message caps: while a match is active, talk as much as you want.
- No location pings, no live distance, no "active 2 minutes ago." Privacy first.

How it works:

1. Sign up and fill in a short profile.
2. Wait for the Sunday 8 PM Eastern cycle. In the meantime, touch grass.
3. Get one proposed match. Read their profile. Open the conversation, or pass.
4. Talk for a week.
5. At the end of the week, you both vote. Continue or move on.
6. Repeat.

Safety:

- Every photo is reviewed by an automated content safety system before it appears to anyone else.
- Block and report are one tap from any conversation. Reports go to a real person.
- We do not share your messages, photos, or profile with anyone. We never sell user data.
- You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

Project Zen is for adults 18 and over. Members must agree to the Terms of Service and EULA before signing up.
