Absolutely love this app, it's exactly what I'm after as a beginner. Can select a workout eg. shoulders and arms and the exercises change each day. Each workout has 5 exercises with 3 sets. Great instructional videos too. And heaps of free features. 5 star!

Revising thr rating to 0 stars for zero service support to a paying customer. The only way to contact is through email which remains unacknowledged. I have paid for the app however the workouts that I have completed become unavailable. There is no option to restart any program which is completed. The daily challanges have also been removed. I am still using the app but would like to have the option to restart old programs.
