ORDER OVERVIEW AT A GLANCE
Each employee sees their assigned orders in their personal app – sorted by today, planned, interrupted, and completed. No searching, no need to ask the manager or boss.

TIME TRACKING DIRECTLY AT THE WORKSTATION
Times are recorded on a job-specific basis – live via stopwatch during work or conveniently via timesheet at the end of the day. Activities such as working time, travel time, breaks, or material procurement can be recorded separately if desired. GPS tracking at start and stop is optional.

WORKSTATION FILE WITH ALL INFORMATION
Each job contains all relevant information: customer address, job description, contact person, time period, assigned colleagues and equipment, as well as attachments such as photos, sketches, and documents. Everything in one place – also available offline.

STATUS MANAGEMENT FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT
Employees can set the status of their appointments directly in the app: Active, Paused, Completed, or Not Completed. This way, everyone maintains an overview – both the employee and the dispatcher in the web view.

WORKSTATION CHAT
Each job has its own chat. Employees, supervisors, and the office communicate directly – with text messages, photos, and files. Tasks can be created and marked as completed. All status changes are automatically logged in the chat.

TIME OVERVIEW & CORRECTIONS
In the time view, employees can see their planned, actual, and difference times at a glance. Times from the last two days can be edited directly – for older entries, a change request is submitted and approved by the supervisor.

OFFLINE CAPABLE
planbar.app also works without an internet connection. Orders, times, and GPS data are stored locally and automatically synchronized as soon as a connection is available again – ideal for basements, underground parking garages, or rural work locations.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Employees are immediately notified when a new order is assigned, order details change, or a change request is approved or rejected.

ABOUT REQUESTS
Vacation, sick leave, or other absences can be requested directly via the app – no paperwork, no emails.

CONNECTION TO THE WEB VIEW

planbar.app is the mobile extension of the planbar web application. Dispatchers and administrators plan jobs on the clear planning board – and employees see their assignments immediately in the app. Changes are synchronized in real time.
