ParkingCheck: Parkeertarief

ParkingCheck displays parking rates, parking zones, and blue zones in 37 Dutch cities. Search for an address or use your current location and see immediately what parking costs, the applicable times, and where the nearest parking garage or charging station is.

WHAT DOES PARKINGCHECK DO?

Enter an address, street, or postal code, or let the app use your location. ParkingCheck will then show the following for that spot:

- Parking zone type (paid, permit, blue zone, or free)
- Hourly rate
- Applicable times per day of the week
- Maximum parking duration where applicable
- A map showing all zones in the vicinity

PARKING GARAGES AND CHARGING STATIONS NEARBY

For each location, the app also shows:

- The nearest parking garages with distance
- Available charging stations with number of connections
- Direct map link for directions

This makes ParkingCheck useful for both regular parkers and EV drivers who want to charge on the go. SUPPORTED CITIES

ParkingCheck currently covers 37 Dutch municipalities, including:

Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, The Hague, Eindhoven, Groningen, Tilburg, Almere, Breda, Nijmegen, Haarlem, Arnhem, Amersfoort, Zaanstad, 's-Hertogenbosch, Haarlemmermeer, Zwolle, Zoetermeer, Leeuwarden, Leiden, Maastricht, Dordrecht, Ede, Alphen aan den Rijn, Alkmaar, Delft, Venlo, Deventer, Helmond, Hilversum, Oss, Hengelo, Amstelveen, Purmerend, Roosendaal, and Rijswijk.

The number of supported municipalities is expanded in updates.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Open the app
2. Tap "Use my location" or search for an address
3. View the parking information for that location
4. Tap "Start parking session" to start parking immediately, or share the info via the share button

FOR WHOM? ParkingCheck is designed for commuters, visitors, residents, and delivery drivers who want to know in advance what parking costs and where they are allowed to park. The app works throughout the Netherlands, even while on the go.

ParkingCheck automatically adapts to your system settings, or you can manually switch between light and dark with a single tap.

FREE WITH OPTIONAL PRO UPGRADE

ParkingCheck is free to use. The app is funded by a single advertisement following a search. Do you want an ad-free experience? Upgrade to ParkingCheck Pro once for €2.99 and the ads will be permanently disabled.

PRIVACY

- Location is only used to show nearby parking zones
- No account or registration required
- No tracking of your movements
- No sale of data to third parties

ABOUT THE DATA

Zone boundaries, rates, and times are manually entered based on information from municipalities and checked periodically. The app always displays the latest known status. If in doubt, check the meter or signs on site.
