With this app you can learn to juggle three balls in a surprisingly short time. The basis for this is the REHORULI® juggling learning system. This app was awarded the “BEST OF AWARD” in the categories: E-HEALTH and APPS several times at the IT Innovation Prize of the Initiative Mittelstand.

Why juggle? What's the point?
Juggling reduces stress through its uniform movements and releases new, natural energies. You learn to engage in new things and unfamiliar challenges with self-confidence in a playful yet effective way. A great feeling! When you learn to juggle, you will experience how to transform uncertainty into security step by step. Self-confidence grows. Juggling even promotes brain performance: the gentle movements of juggling promote the supply of oxygen and the release of dopamine in the brain. Dopamine ensures a positive flow of thoughts and better memory. In addition, our brain hemispheres are connected to around 300 million nerve lines by a “beam” (corpus calossum). Juggling activates the information transfer of precisely these nerve lines in a particularly sustainable way.

Brain growth is possible with juggling
Until now, it was assumed that adult brains no longer receive a significant increase in gray cells, but rather decline due to age or illness. In spring 2004, scientists were able to demonstrate for the first time in a study that adult brains also change with appropriate training. Adults learned to juggle for three months. The best candidates who could keep three balls in the air for at least 60 seconds were selected for the study. Their brain structures were examined before training, immediately after training and after a three-month break from training and compared with those of untrained subjects. Result: In the "jugglers" one could see a clear, bilateral enlargement in the left posterior groove between the upper and lower lateral lobes of the brain (in the intraparietal sulcus). This area specializes in perceiving the movements of objects in three-dimensional space. The study shows that the learning process causes structural changes in the cerebral cortex. Who is behind juggling-fix / REHORULI®
In 1999, Stephan Ehlers (jonglator.de) had the idea for a juggling learning system that would enable absolute beginners to throw and catch three balls in an amazingly short time.
