Oceans Symphony

Oceans Symphony is a vibe-coded, private, local-first tracking and daily organizer designed as an all-encompasing companion app for dissociative systems (DID, OSDD, etc.) and plurals. It is a personal expression and self-organization tool, not a wellness, fitness, or medical product.

EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Your journals, profiles, and notes are stored only in your browser's local storage on your phone. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no email, no analytics, and no tracking. You can optionally protect your data with a password and export a full backup file at any time. (there's also an optional, opt-in friends feature which sends a limited amount of data to a server allowing you to share front status with "friends", more info below!)

DESIGNED BY A DID SYSTEM, FOR SYSTEMS
- Create a profile for everyone in your system, with names, pronouns, colours, art, personal notes, and more.
- Log front history, including co-fronting
- There is a system analytics map which automatically tracks co-fronting patterns, as well as a free-form inner-world map where you can place alters, locations, and define inner-system relationships
- Track personal history; alter emergence, splits, fusions, dormancy

JOURNALS AND DAILY ENTRIES
- Write personal journal entries from any alter's perspective.
- Quick check-ins allow you to easily track emotions, symptoms, habits, activities, and more at any time, enter as much or as little as you like.
- Custom status updates that work like a private microblog — each one is timestamped and kept forever, can be reviewed in the check-in log or timeline. "what's happening now?"
- A shared bulletin board for messages between members of your group. Assign a shorthand "alias" to your alters in their profile, then use "@" or "-[alias/displayname]" to mention and notify another alter or to sign/author as them.

DAILY ORGANIZER
- A to-do list and recurring daily task tracker.
- Reminders with optional notifications.
- A grocery list shared across the whole system, and make your own custom lists, which also function as inventory trackers, so you can see what you bought and when.
- A sleep log and an activity tracker for hobbies, plans, and whatever you want - it's all customizable.
- Location notes - log where you went and what you did there.
- A poll feature for making group decisions ("which movie tonight?").

EMOTION AND CHECK-IN LOGGING
- Quick emotion check-ins to record how you're feeling at a moment in time.
- Daily system check-ins for whoever is around to share thoughts to encourage internal communication.
- A long-form timeline that shows your entries, activities, and notes together in one scrollable view.
- Quick support provides guided breathing and grounding exercises in an instant

THERAPY REPORTS
- Generate a shareable summary of your entries over a time range — useful for personal review, journaling reflection, or sharing privately with someone you trust.

FRIENDS (OPTIONAL, OPT-IN)
- If you want, share your current status with a small list of approved friends through a friend code.
- You control exactly what they see: display names, just a count, or nothing.
- Disabling the feature deletes the relevant data from our servers.
- Toggle alter-visibility at broad or per-friend

CUSTOMIZATION
Pick the words that fit how your group describes itself. The app uses your chosen terms throughout.
Adjustable text size from tiny to huge, dark and light themes, colour customization.
