Private AI recommends a model size based on your device memory. You can check storage requirements before downloading, switch between compatible models, and manage local files from Settings.

YOU CONTROL NETWORK USE

Internet access is used when you choose to download a model, use a remote endpoint you configured, open an external link, or submit a content-safety report. A report sends the selected category, your description, and optional model identifiers. It does not attach your chat transcript.

RESPONSIBLE ON-DEVICE AI

Private AI adds safety instructions to conversations and includes a “Report content” action for harmful output. Local AI models can still be inaccurate. Verify important information and do not rely on AI output as medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Models are supplied by third parties and may have separate licenses and acceptable-use rules. Speed, quality, and available features depend on your Android device and selected model.
