Why can't I get the code?

I have been using this app since so long but today I face an issue maybe a temporary issue don't know but I am not able to use this app seems like nicegram can't use network from my wifi I have a strong signal and expect nicegram I have network in every other app in my mobile but in nicegram every chat keeps loading can't send or recieve any messages because of this network error( definitely not because of my wifi or signal)
