My Own Page is a quiet, minimal space for journaling and notes. Journal entries, notes, moods, photos, and song details are encrypted on your device before they are synchronized. The server stores encrypted data, not readable journal content.

Your email address is used for sign-in and account management. Because the service cannot read your encrypted content, losing your encryption password may make that content impossible to recover.
