DANGER! To use the MOVEVO Move app you need an access code.

If your employer offers you the Move app, you will receive your personal access code either from them or directly from us, which you can use to register in the app. If your employer does not yet use the Move app and/or you would like to test the app, simply send us a short email to office@movevo.app and we will be happy to send you your personal access code.

The activity barometer gives you an overview of your activity level, the points you have earned and your current challenges and healthy routines. Current news and an overview of the company-wide points goal await you here.

We need variety to be fit - so every day there is an exciting task to complete. More exercise in everyday life and the right balance to work-related stress: crisp power breaks to clear your head, recovery breaks for increased energy, mobi breaks to compensate for sitting, everyday movements rethought.
• Build sustainably healthy routines:
Improve your health sustainably and in the long term. Learn from the Move app experts and find out how you can easily integrate valuable health hacks into your everyday life. In our healthy routines, experts from all areas of health, from exercise to nutrition to mental health and regeneration, explain how even small changes can have a big impact. From cold showers to sugar fasting and your routine for a healthy back - there's something for everyone!
• Precise help in the Move section:
In it you will find an exercise collection with the most important exercises and workouts to stay flexible and strong. From head to toe, there is the right exercise for many problems and aches and pains - neck tension, back pain and knee problems are a thing of the past. You can also save your favorite exercises as favorites.
• Collect steps: Collect steps every day to integrate the endurance component into your everyday life. Depending on the device type, the step points are currently integrated via Apple Health or Google Fit.
• Record activities: You also collect points with your sporting activities. Choose from a variety of sports and get additional points for your score per minute of sports.
• Your profile:
Here you can see your personal activity statistics from the last few weeks and months. Collect points and badges for your activities.
