What is Mindfunginess?
It is an innovative methodology to awaken and recode your mental, emotional and spiritual life, using several complementary tools:
1) Deep understanding of techniques designed by the Guru, Vishen Lakhiani, the founder of Mindvalley and muse of this training.
2) The music of magic mushrooms
3) Microdoses of magic mushrooms (Only if you have already decided to consume them previously)
As?
1) For 60 days, in 20-minute sessions, in video, podcast or exercise book format. Or through a mix of all three.
2) The training includes 40 training sessions, 40 exercises, 20 meditation sessions and 10 assessment tests.
3) You have 2 versions: Music Version or Microdose Version
4) In the Music Version, in the meditation sessions you are accompanied by music generated by the waves of magic mushrooms and fractal images
5) In the Microdose Version, you consume these, 1 day on and 2 days off, following the Fadiman protocol, accompanied by the same sessions as in the Music Version
