Super contenu varié, séances motivantes et efficaces qui m'ont aidé à transformer mon corps. Au niveau des statistiques, j'aurais aimé avoir un visuel plus pratique sur le mois avec des moyennes selon le type de séance. Pouvoir chercher des recettes par nom ou ingrédients serait intéressant.
