While the app is great for finding care it is not great for receiving care as it times out consistently and disconnects calls. The app would be best if it had the audio function that plays over a locked screen. Also the video function either doesn't work or my provider does not use it. Because the connection isn't best we have to connect on the app and focus on keeping the app live while we are on the actual phone line in our session. This is stressful and defeats the purpose of me seeking help.
