What I don't like about meditation is the initial five or ten minutes where I feel ice pins shooting through my body of taking out the stress of worldly stress from my body before I can get in a relaxed state where I can enjoy the meditation. This app allows myself at least to bypass the ice pin stage and just enjoy the benefits of concentration with meditation with breath work. It looks like I'm looking at my phone in public so I meditate, anywhere. Thanks 😊

2026-01-25	Th*****	Deleted seconds after downloading. It may offer a free trial but you still have to link your payment method to the app before you can try anything out. I'd rather not. Asking potential customers to subscribe before offering them a sample is just sketchy and is an indication that the developers aren't confident in their product. Buh bye.
