2024-08-23	Je*****	After getting past all the scammy pop-ups, they don't let you pay for your order. You have to add money to a special account in $15 increments. It costs $15 to buy their "$3 latte". It's a scam.

2024-07-15	Ma*****	I wish I had known about this place before. I love their banana date latte and their sandwiches, which are a lot better than DD's and Starbucks, and most food truck sandwiches. Also, I would like to give a shout out to Sultana of John St. for being an extremely courteous and friendly barista. Update (7/15/24) Shoutout to Eda and Shah of John St, they're fantastic! They always make the best drinks, and their customer service is topnotch. I love that they chat and are friendly with customers ❤️.

2024-06-09	We*****	I couldn't try the app. I downloaded it after seeing an advertisement on the store front and it won't let me register, says invalid phone number. I wanted to use it to get the $3 coffee and was told I had to get it at the regular price.

2024-05-31	Ma*****	A little glitchy, app crashes often. User interface could use a good revamp. Seems like a few unnecessary clicks to get through. Besides that, service of the baristas has been great, coffee is great, convenient method for ordering and picking up. All in, 4 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

2024-04-03	Ma*****	does the job eventually but extremely confusing and counterintuitive: why is there no option for ordering and paying in store? or a trolley icon? I was ordering earlier and got a message saying that my balance was too low* but then wasn't taken back to my trolley once I'd added £ but had to order again, then remove extra items from my trolley (which I should have been able to navigate back to). and why is topping up funds necessary? users could just pay directly with a saved card or PayPal or ..

2024-02-28	Ph*****	Coffee consistently tastes watered down and overall there's never any coupons or rewards. I had hope for this place, but honestly I would recommend anybody just go and get a coffee from a Bodega rather than here. I'm giving this review two stars because honestly the cookies and cheese bureka slapped. Only two good items from there

2024-01-24	Pa*****	There are two things I really dislike about this app: 1. If you put in an order and don't have enough funds, then after adding more money you can't restart where you left off. You have to go select the store again, and only then can you go to your cart and see your order. However, if you had added any special instructions or tip, you have to do that all over again as well. 2. After submitting an order, the "Cancel Order" button is right under your thumb. It's easy to hit by accident.

2022-11-15	M *****	Attempted to order from a nearby store, two blocks away. Matto app says there is indeed a store .02 miles away. I order. It is apparently actually for a matto 2.8 miles away. What is the point of getting my location if you're not going to actually get the right store? Could not cancel the order, store phone was unavailable.
