Breath Launcher

Breath Launcher brings it all together - minimalist, distraction free, and fully ready to assist you in getting a couple extra breaths out of your day.

Accessibility Service Disclosure

Breath Launcher uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect which app is currently in the foreground. This is used solely to power the following features:

- Mindful Friction — breathing pauses before opening distracting apps
- App Blocking — blocking social media during focus or sleep hours
- Awareness Nudges — periodic reminders while using social media
- Double Tap to Lock — locking the screen from the home screen

The Accessibility Service does not collect, store, or share any personal data. It only monitors foreground app changes and does not read or interact with screen content, text fields, or other apps' UI elements.
