Entrela is a wellness app that organizes self-reported information and data from connected devices to facilitate communication between you and your healthcare professional. The recorded data helps your linked professional track your progress over time and personalize care together with you.

WHAT YOU CAN RECORD
• Daily check-in of mood, sleep, and energy in just a few taps.

• Self-report scales (like the K6) that you fill out for yourself. Your answers appear as you wrote them, without any severity labels generated by the software.

• Context-free in short, private notes.

• Adherence to medications and routines, if you choose to track them.

CONNECTED DEVICES
• Optional integration with Android Health Connect for steps, heart rate, distance, calories, and sleep.

• You control which data you authorize and can revoke it at any time in the Health Connect settings. CONVERSATION WITH THE PROFESSIONAL
• A shared timeline gathers what you've recorded, so the consultation begins with context.

• The professional views your records on their own initiative, in chronological order, without severity alerts generated by the software.

• Direct messages between you and the linked professional, without public groups.

• Public channels for emotional support available in the app (CVV 188, SAMU 192, CAPS) — public health information offered by the Ministry of Health, presented when you self-report the corresponding check-in entry.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
• Your data travels over a secure connection (HTTPS/TLS) and is encrypted at rest.

• No personal or health data is used to train artificial intelligence models.

• You can review your consent, revoke your link with the professional, and delete your account at any time at ladoalado.app/account-deletion.

Entrela is a B2B service: the healthcare professional (doctor or psychologist) subscribes to the plan and invites you to participate. For you, access is free during the active subscription period.
