Nyang Forge: Idle Blacksmith

An idle upgrade RPG where you play a cat blacksmith and hit things with a hammer.

Taking one sword from +1 to +50 changes its sprite fifty times. Its name changes too. 5 weapons × 50 tiers = 250 pixel art sprites, every one drawn separately with no scaled-down reuse.


■ Hit it and it changes — weapon upgrading

One tap, one attempt. No auto-forge, no timing minigame.
It goes up, stays, drops a tier, or breaks.
If it breaks you start again from +1 — but your record stands forever.


■ Two kinds of talisman — Guard and Anchor

They block different things and use separate slots.
Below the break threshold a Guard is pure waste; deep in the endgame you want both.
What to slot, and how many, is the only real decision in this upgrade game.


■ Five gathering sites — material farming

Oak, Mana Stone, Iron Ore, Silverdust and Flamestone form a ring.
What a weapon mines never feeds its own upgrades, so all five weapons end up growing side by side.


■ Boss raid, 100 floors

Automatic combat with no party building and no controls. Every weapon you own joins in.
The cat swinging on screen is holding the exact weapon you forged.
What decides your floor is not tapping — it is attack power.


■ Idle — it grows while closed

Gathering continues after you quit and banks up to 24 hours.
Come back and one screen sums up everything you earned.
A minute on the commute, a minute before bed, and progress carries on.


■ Ads and purchases

No banners covering the screen. No interstitials jumping out at you.
Every ad is a rewarded one you choose to tap.
Forge success rates are never sold — not for money, not for watching ads.


■ Odds are public

Up, keep, down and break odds for every tier, plus raid drop rates, are readable in-game as a table.
The numbers on screen and the numbers being rolled come from the same code.
