Kynova is made for busy families. Plans adapt around school schedules, work weeks, sports practices, games, recovery, and the workouts that actually happened.

Health connections are optional. You can use Kynova without connecting Apple Health or Health Connect, and you can revoke health permissions any time in your device settings.
